Conventional Print
Conventional Print offers premium quality print on a wide range of substrates and adhesives. Printing plates made of photopolymer material are mounted onto individual cylinders. The raised surface on the plate (similar to a rubber stamp) is rolled through the semi solid ink and is then transferred onto the surface to be printed ( paper) leaving an imprint. When several of these printing plates, each plate for a different colour is registered layer on layer, the finished image and or text can be identified.
Having in house plate making facilities gives us the flexibility you need for new print jobs or should a need arise to renew plates during a print run, delays in production and delivery times can be avoided.
Conventional printing is still highly regarded (even in the era of new digital technology) as delivering the best results when only the best will do.
