Kalak

It was lovely to meet Patrick Shelley , owner of Kalak Vodka at the Tipperary Food Producers Long Table dinner this week.

I thoroughly enjoyed sipping some Kalak with Patrick at the end of a fabulous evening of superb Tipperary food and fabulous company in the stunning surroundings of Cool Bawn Quay ( go visit !).

I am not ( was not ) a Vodka drinker , but this is utterly smooth and memorable.

One of my personal favourite labels ( or do I say that about them all ?) – its chic , traditional and stunning in its simplicity .
